Holiday Dreams presents a jaw-dropping\, modern holiday show featuring cirque artists\, comedy\, daredevils and a modern soundtrack. \nThe Story\nHoliday Dreams is a holiday show unlike any other. The story centers around two characters: one who is going to tell a wonderful Christmas story and the other\, a Grinch like heckler from the audience who is at the “wrong show.” Jaded and cynical\, our whimsical heckler is taken into a journey around the beauty and wonder of the Holiday Season\, represented in all its glory with the use of projection mapping–a technique of projecting computer images as seen by audiences in television shows like America’s Got Talent. Holiday Dreams also features holograms\, where elements seem to appear and disappear from thin air and interactive Lasers. An incredibly diverse and talented cast of acrobats\, cirque performers\, musical comedy actors and daredevils round out this truly unique and modern show. \nAbout the Show\nBorealis is not your average holiday show! It harnesses the magic of Christmas to create an awesome holiday spectacle\, using projection mapping\, and hologram technology to create a truly unique show. The story is elegant in its simplicity and designed to be followed by audiences of all ages. \nA Deeper Dive…\nWe start with our Christmas Carol\, a whimsical character beaming with the “Spirit of Christmas” and eager to tell the audience a “wonderful and amazing holiday story!” From the moment she enters the stage\, we realize that this is no ordinary Holiday show. A “fireplace” magically lights up as she sits on a chair to the sound of enchanting Christmas bells. The entire set comes “to life” as Christmas lights\, and Holiday decor begin to transform the set. Just as she is about to begin her story\, a cell phone from one of the audience members begins to ring. A man stands up and starts to talk. Loudly! A comedic banter between our Christmas Carol and the heckler ensues. The magical and whimsical tone is set. From this moment\, the heckler\, along with the audience are taken into a journey of discovery inside this magical theater. The set includes boxes that come to life with the use of projections to create eye-tricking effects! Our lead characters are also comedic actors adept in musical theater which is reflected in Holiday Dreams’ incorporation of comedic scenes that will have you rolling on the floor laughing. DESCRIPTION:Lou Gramm – The Original Voice Of Foreigner\nLouis Andrew Grammatico\, widely known as Lou Gramm\, is the original lead singer of Foreigner. Lou was born in Rochester\, New York\, and began his musical career in high school playing in local bands. Initially starting out as the drummer with the band BlackSheep\, he joined Foreigner in 1976\, and the band released their debut album in March of 1977. Their self-titled debut sold more than four million copies in the United States alone. Foreigner became the first group since the Beatles to have their first eight continuous singles reach the Billboard Top 20\, with hits such as“Cold as Ice” and “Long\, Long Way from Home” taking the world of rock music by storm. \nGramm has also enjoyed a successful solo career in-between hiatuses with Foreigner\, with his 1987 debut“Ready or Not” further proving his versatility in the music industry. Lou Gramm was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in June of 2013\, and continues to tour as Lou Gramm the Voice of Foreigner. \nSteve Augeri – Former Lead Singer Of Journey\nDrawing on a range of diverse musical influences to deliver a unique take on the genre of melodic rock\, Steve Augeri is an American rock singer best known as the lead vocalist for the rock group Journey from 1998 to 2006. Steve debuts with the seven times Platinum “Armageddon” soundtrack then on to record three albums during a successful eight-year tenure that brought one of the world’s most accomplished melodic rock groups back to the stage for multiple world tours to millions of adoring fans. \nPrior to Journey\, Steve was a founding member of Epic recording artists Tall Stories. The group released their eponymous debut in 1992 and long awaited follow-up “Skyscraper” in 2009. It was then on to Melodic Rock group Tyketto\, with whom he recorded the 1970’s Retro flavored “Shine” album. \nAt present\, Steve is releasing new music\, “The Singles” and touring internationally showcasing these exciting new songs as well as material from his career and introducing “The Steve Augeri Band” in what promises to be a highlight for his many fans around the world. \nASIA with John Payne\nJohn Payne\, having been the front-man and lead vocalist for ASIA for 15 years\, recorded eight studio albums and many successful world tours with the Supergroup. \nTo continue his extensive legacy with ASIA\, ASIA Featuring John Payne was formed in 2006. Their setlist includes the ever popular classics “Heat of The Moment\,” “Sole Survivor\,” “Only Time Will Tell\,” “Don’t Cry\,” “Time Again” and more.
